ACLE Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Team Leader -Piling Operations to join our growing team in Warral, NSW, contributing to the construction and maintenance of industry-leading solar farm projects. Primary Objective The Team Leader – Piling Operations is responsible for supervising and coordinating piling installation works for solar farm construction projects. The role ensures that piling activities are delivered according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, safety requirements, and project timelines. Working closely with the Site Manager and project engineers, the Team Leader provides technical support, oversees work quality, and ensures efficient and safe operation of piling activities on-site. Duties and Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate the piling team during installation, providing technical direction and ensuring work aligns with engineered piling plans. Organise and allocate labour, plant, and material resources efficiently to meet project timelines and piling milestones. Interpret structural and piling drawings, set-out plans, and technical specifications to guide accurate pile installation and alignment. Inspect and verify piling work for compliance with quality, design specifications, and safety requirements, raising and resolving non-conformances as required. Assist site engineers and project managers in planning future piling phases, estimating resource needs, and refining work programs. Maintain detailed daily records and reports on installation progress, resource usage, site checks, and technical issues — and report to the Site Manager. Drive and enforce a culture of safety: conduct toolbox talks, enforce WHS practices, and ensure correct use of PPE and safe operating procedures. Resolve on-site challenges and identify opportunities to improve work sequencing, productivity, and quality. Qualifications & Experience Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent experience in Civil Construction, Engineering, Building, or a related technical field desirable but not essential. Experience in construction site operations, preferably involving piling, civil works, or solar farm installation. Demonstrated experience in supervising site teams, coordinating labour and plant, and managing on-site construction resource flows. Strong technical understanding of construction set-out, QA processes, and site compliance. Desirable Previous experience on solar farm construction projects or with piling systems Basic surveying or set-out verification experience Familiarity with estimating resource costs or supporting planning work program Competencies Leadership and ability to manage a discipline‑specific team Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Technical literacy when interpreting construction drawings and specifications Attention to detail and quality‑control mindset Safety-first attitude and a commitment to WHS compliance
