What you’ll bring A proven track record as a leader who takes ownership and is a proactive problem-solver. Experience working with Unions is highly regarded. Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving approaches A background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG A passion for nurturing and developing a team.
