What’s on Offer: Competitive Salary: Earn between $110,000–$125,000 Super with flexibility for the right candidate Bonus Structure: Recieve an additional 50% of the charge-out rate for exeeding your billable target. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a hybrid role tailored to your preferences, with a 70% clinic / 30% community split . No home visits – only visits to kindergartens and schools. Flexible Hours: Option to work a 9-day fortnight with fairly set working hours from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Career Progression: Step into a leadership role where you can shape and mentor a growing team of therapists while being supported with external supervision and tailored professional development. Professional Development: Access $2,000 annually for CPD, 2 paid CPD days, weekly case discussions, and training sessions every Friday. The Role: Your Caseload: Work with a diverse caseload (ages 0-18), with opportunities to expand to adults if desired. Focus on early intervention and support for neurodivergent conditions such as ASD and ADHD. Manageable Billable: Take on a maximum caseload of 23 clients per week to ensure clinician wellbeing, this includes leadership responsibilities. . No pressure —caseloads gradually increase, with the first three months focused on onboarding and support. Additional Perks: Travel Allowance: Mileage reimbursed at 98c per km, paid fortnightly. Technology: Access to laptops, iPads, and a discussion around company cars and work phones. New Facilities: Move into a state-of-the-art clinic with eight clinical rooms, conveniently located in Inala next to markets, coffee, and food options.
