Location: East Perth, WA Engagement: 12-month fixed-term (potential for ongoing employment based on performance) About the Role: You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations; coordinating reports, scheduling meetings, maintaining communication channels and assisting with project administration. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll help identify gaps and keep deliverables moving, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across multiple levels. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with project tracking, documentation and general project management support tasks. Preparing and coordinating regular reports Supporting IT teams with ticket management processes, SLAs and workflow prioritisation. Key Outcomes & Measures: Reports and documentation are delivered accurately and on time. Operational tasks and tickets are well-coordinated and prioritised effectively. Feedback from stakeholders and team members reflects reliability and professionalism. About You: You’re organised, adaptable and confident working across a range of people and priorities. You have an eye for detail, communicate clearly and enjoy supporting others to get things done. You may not be deeply technical, but you’re comfortable navigating technical environments and learning as you go. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Experience in administrative, coordination or project support roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, articulate and professional. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. Bonus Points For: Exposure to government environments Basic understanding of project management principles Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
