Opportunity: As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert tax compliance and planning services to the firm's high profile clients. Key responsibilities will include: Taxation Advice: Drafting taxation advice for complex matters, offering insightful and informed recommendations. Tax Planning: Developing and implementing effective tax strategies to minimise clients' tax liabilities while staying fully compliant with tax laws. Tax Compliance: Overseeing the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax returns. This involves reviewing complex tax returns, identifying potential tax-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Research and Interpretation: Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and interpreting their implications for clients. Conducting research to address complex tax issues and providing tailored solutions. Strategic Business Advice: Collaborating with Partners to provide strategic business advice to clients, leveraging your expertise in taxation matters. Team Management: Managing, coordinating, and delegating client work to team members. Empowering and nurturing team members' capabilities to ensure exceptional performance and drive retention.
