Position: Support Worker in Western Sydney area Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their daily activities Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients with mobility and physical exercises Help with household tasks and meal preparation Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being Requirements: Speak fluent English - Essential Experience in Mental Health & Complex Behaviour - Highly regarded Experience with working with immobile participants - Highly regarded Experienced in Medication Administration Competent in reading / following care plans, writing and documenting accurate detailed shift notes & incident reports. Valid Australian Driver's License & own reliable transport Experience with Manual Handling Reliable, well-presented with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Support Work (childcare) NDIS clearance First Aid & CPR certification Police Check Working With Children Check (WWCC) Excellent English verbal communication skills NDIS orientation modules Infection Control cert Must have full working rights to work in Australia 3 mininum contactable references
