About the role: Within Hedera Enterprise Adoption Team ( HEAT ), the Support Consultant will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of HEAT projects across Hedera Council members and ecosystem partners. This is a multi-faceted role combining consulting support, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires a high level of initiative, structured thinking, and adaptability to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and council members. You may find yourself doing all of the following: Consulting and Workshop Support Work alongside the Consulting Lead to design, prepare, and facilitate use case workshops with Council members and other enterprise stakeholders Capture and transcribe workshop discussions, outcomes, and decisions into structured, professional materials for distribution Assist in drafting client-ready deliverables, reports, and presentations Project Management and PMO Services Maintain and manage project master plans, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams Own and update the project risk register, escalating issues and dependencies as required Provide light-touch PMO services to ensure projects are well-governed, resourced, and on track Operational and Ad Hoc Support Provide direct support to the HEAT Director on a wide range of activities, including research, ecosystem coordination, and executive preparation Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks, and processes that ensure repeatable, high-quality delivery across projects Assist with scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder follow-up Qualification Requirements: A strong academic background (minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field) 2–4 years experience in consulting, professional services, or a related project delivery role Demonstrated ability to run structured workshops and translate outcomes into actionable materials Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with multiple senior stakeholders Qualification Personal Attributes Highly organised and detail-oriented Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Confident facilitator with an ability to structure conversations and keep stakeholders aligned Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Flexible and proactive, willing to “roll sleeves up” to deliver outcomes
