About the role: Reporting to the Superintendent, you'll play a key leadership role on-site, coordinating people, plant, and materials to safely deliver high-quality results in complex infrastructure and land development environments. Key works will include bulk earthworks, road upgrades, service realignments, underground services and civil finishes such as pavements, footpaths, and retaining walls. You will be trusted to: * Overseeing daily site operations and crew activities to meet program and safety targets. * Supervising subcontractors, direct labour, and material deliveries for maximum site efficiency. * Managing plant and resources across multiple work fronts. * Enforcing HSEQ policies and promoting a zero-harm culture. * Supporting performance tracking and productivity improvements. * Interfacing with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery. Your skills and experience: * 3 - 5 years site supervision experience in infrastructure, subdivision, or greenfield development projects. * Strong ability to monitor a section of work and co-ordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high quality standard. * An engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety. * Previous experience of managing a large work crew. * Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress. * Strong IT and communication skills. * Excellent safety record. * Strong alignment with our values: Care, Integrity, Excellence.
