About the role As a Strategy Advisor you will: Support the strategy development and annual planning process for Revenue NSW Undertake research and analysis to help shape accurate and relevant strategic plans, briefings, options papers and reports to enable informed decision-making Support stakeholders across Revenue NSW prioritise and deliver key projects and business improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment to Revenue NSW’s strategic objectives Undertake tracking and reporting of strategic progress across Revenue NSW, enabling the effective execution and management of the Aspire 2032 strategy For more information on the role and its accountabilities, click here - https://app.box.com/file/1697634546184?s=uhdsmu4a5kyw8hbmdrn4jxtvmb9rd08n About You To be successful in this position you will be: Strategically astute – you can anticipate and interpret change, help evaluate strategic options, and support aligning planning frameworks with business goals. A clear and effective communicator – you can prepare compelling and well structured-briefs or presentations that communicate complex ideas simply to a wide variety of audiences. Collaborative – you build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide-range of subject matter experts. Practical – you help turn ideas into actionable and strategically aligned plans that deliver impact and resolve core business problems. Analytical and improvement-minded – you apply systems thinking and other methods to solve business problems and seek opportunities to enhance processes and performance. Proactive and adaptive – you can take initiative and confidently adjust plans in a changing environment, and take action to stay up to date with emerging trends and best-practice.
