Storeperson / Forklift Driver – Casual (3-Month Assignment) We think outside the box by redefining recruitment. Synergie is seeking an Order Picker/Forklift Driver for a busy warehouse environment located in the Scoresby. Important parts Shift: Starting 8:30am–12:30pm, progressing to full days (8:30am–4:30pm) Days: 3–4 days per week until Christmas. Increase to 4-5 days after the New Years. Pay rate: $35 p/h Super Start date: ASAP – 3 month assignment with potential to be taken permanantely for the right candidate Perks: Supportive team and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment What you will be required to do Operate forklifts to move, load, unload and store pallets Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Receive and dispatch goods, including container unloading Complete general warehouse tasks such as stacking, unstacking and organising stock Maintain a clean warehouse and equipment when required To be successful in the role you will Have proven experience in warehousing, order picking and dispatch (food environment advantageous) Hold a valid forklift licence with at least 2 years’ experience operating safely Be physically fit for manual handling and occasional heavy lifting, up to 25kg.
