Lead one of Supercheap Auto’s highest trading stores in Dubbo! We’re seeking a dynamic Store Manager with strong retail leadership experience and a passion for team development . You’ll oversee a diverse team of 14 , including 2 Assistant Store Managers. The role offers a 40-hour week with a 1-in-3 weekend rotating roster, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your passions outside of work. Automotive knowledge is not required , but a love for customer service and problem-solving is essential. As the Store Manager , you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have: Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team. Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto. Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment. Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must!
