We're looking for a Store Manager for a premium lifestyle retail store in Sydney CBD, where the focus is on delivering a hands-on, immersive experience for every customer. What you'll do: Lead a small, high-performing team Manage day-to-day operations including rostering, cash handling, and visual presentation Create memorable in-store experiences, guiding customers through product discovery Set clear goals for your team, driving engagement, sales, and customer loyalty What we're looking for: Strong retail leadership experience in premium or lifestyle brands Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and team management skills Passion for building relationships and making every customer interaction meaningful Motivated, energetic, and hands-on approach to leadership Details: Salary: $65,650 Bonus Structure Fortnightly roster with early and late shifts: Week 1: Tue-Fri 7:15am-3:30pm, Sat 9:45-5:15pm Week 2: Tue-Fri 11:00am-7:15pm, Sat 9:45-5:15pm Small, dynamic team with opportunity to make a real impact If you love delivering experiences, building strong teams, and want to lead a premium store in the heart of the city, we want to hear from you.
