Store Manager - Premium Furniture Retail, Bankstown Are you a driven, hands-on retail leader looking to take ownership of a premium furniture store? We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Bankstown, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence. This is a full-time role where you'll work both weekend days, with weekdays taken as RDOs . You'll be responsible for managing the team, ensuring the store looks its best, and helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes. The role comes with a competitive base salary of $80-90K Super, plus a high commission structure for strong performers. What you'll do: Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service Manage day-to-day operations including rostering, cash handling, and visual merchandising Drive sales and team performance through incentives and a commission structure Create a premium in-store experience and build strong customer relationships Coach and develop staff, setting clear goals and expectations What we're looking for: Proven Store Manager experience in premium retail, furniture, or homewares Strong leadership, commercial focus, and hands-on approach Results-driven, with a passion for building high-performing teams Energetic, customer-focused, and able to lead by example If you're ready to take on a key role in a premium retail environment, drive results, and create a standout store experience, this is the opportunity for you.
