See yourself in our team As a hands-on technology leader with full stack experience, you will be leading a team of engineers who will be designing & implementing solutions as well as influencing your Value streams tech leads, Product Owner & Crew Tech lead. Being product aligned and customer obsessed, you’ll own what you build (full cycle engineering model) and will be working in the latest technologies and frameworks (.Net Core, React, Angular, Azure, AWS, Containerisation with the potential for NodeJS/ NextJS, Typescript & AI) with the help of AI powered engineering tools. We’re interested in hearing from people who Are passionate technology leaders who still love being hands-on, designing, problem solving & taking ownership for Technology challenges from start to finish Are comfortable being a great mentor & people leader who can build a good community of engaged & curious engineers who find excitement in building amazing products for our customers Are knowledgeable in the full software development lifecycle using Agile practices & DevSecOps (we design it, secure it, build it, maintain it and fix it). Have expertise designing and building Core and Web API’s, running independent proof of concepts and experiments. Are confident in their solution design capabilities, stakeholder engagement and leading technical conversations in group forums & can lead and nurture our engineers to do the same. Actively are involved in continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation, ready to apply and promote industry best patterns and practices Technical Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team: Frontend: React, Next or Angular. Backend: .NET Core & C# essential, Nodejs nice to have Database: SQL and NoSQL experience Cloud: AWS Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation or terraform Scripting/programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus or similar Automated Quality Engineering and Testing (Unit Testing, Regression Testing) using TDD practices and shift left frameworks like WireMock Proficiency and strong attention to detail with Application Security. Observability tools such as PagerDuty, Observe, Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana will be highly regarded. Some experience using AI powered engineering tools like copilot, CLINE or ROO with LLMs to accelerate software development is desirable but not essential.
