What We Offer Supervision and mentoring with a Senior Speech Pathologist Ongoing professional development, including quarterly in-service training. Manageable caseloads with a mix of clinic and community sessions. Your Role Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with communication or developmental challenges. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support functional communication and participation. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic support. Prepare therapy reports and assistive technology assessments (training provided). Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and program development. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology (new graduates are welcome to apply). Membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Experience working with children (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. A passion for helping children with additional needs to thrive.
