Collaborate seamlessly with fellow therapists, practitioners, receptionists, and hotel colleagues to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Maintain the highest standards of personal, guest, and colleague safety at all times. Establish genuine rapport with guests, creating personalised experiences that foster loyalty and lasting relationships. Continuously expand your understanding of treatments, wellness journeys, and promotions to provide informed and tailored recommendations. Offer thoughtful guidance on lifestyle practices and home care products (retail) based on detailed consultations and observations. Utilise Spa software to manage appointments, guest profiles, and treatment histories, ensuring personalised service every time. Keep guest preferences and relevant medical information up to date for seamless, tailored experiences. Maintain fluid and proactive communication with the Lead Therapist and Spa Manager to ensure smooth operations. Be aware of how other hotel departments integrate with Spa operations, supporting an exceptional overall guest journey.
