About the Role: Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations. Work with premium-quality seasonal produce to create exceptional dishes. Supervise and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring smooth food production. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs. Always maintain kitchen health and safety standards. About You: Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar high-end dining or premium venue environment, with experience managing medium to large teams. Strong culinary knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A genuine passion for the culinary industry and a positive, collaborative approach to teamwork. Full working rights in Australia are required.
