The Role We're seeking talented Chef De Partie and Sous Chef professionals to join a passionate kitchen team. Accepted candidates will be reporting to the Head Chef where you'll help deliver exceptional gastro pub-style dishes, maintain high kitchen standards, and contribute to an inspiring food culture. Core Responsibilities Sous Chef Support the Head Chef in daily operations and menu execution. Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team. Experienced in a la carte and gastro environments ideal. Manage stock, ordering, and food cost controls. Contribute to creative, seasonal menu development. Chef de Partie Prepare and plate dishes to the highest standard. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work space. Ideally good working knowledge of all sections with solid grill experience. Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs for smooth service. Assist in menu innovation and specials. Run your own section smoothly especially during busy times. This is a full time, Sydney-based role. Full relocation is required for interstate candidates.
