Glorietta, a vibrant and popular restaurant in North Sydney, is looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Your Role As a Chef at Glorietta, you will: Create innovative, high-quality dishes that highlight fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional meals with attention to detail. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards. Collaborate with management to plan menus and explore new culinary ideas when in need. Oversee inventory, food costs, and kitchen efficiency. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a Sous Chef who is: Experienced: Experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end dining or fast-paced hospitality venue. Creative: A passion for food and a flair for innovative, aesthetically pleasing presentations. Skilled: Expertise in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines, with strong leadership and organizational abilities. Team-Oriented: A team player who can inspire and mentor junior kitchen staff.
