Solutions Architect - Digital We're seeking a contract, Digital Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping customer-facing platforms across web, mobile, and API channels. Responsibilities Lead the design of end-to-end digital architectures spanning web, mobile, API, and content platforms. Define solution blueprints that enhance customer experience, performance, and reliability across consumer channels. Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and security standards. Oversee API and microservice integration supporting digital and content-driven products. Provide technical direction and architectural governance across agile delivery squads. Produce clear documentation and reference architectures to support ongoing platform evolution. Experience Digital or consumer-facing environments. Skilled in cloud-first architectures, particularly AWS and GCP, with hands-on experience designing scalable cloud solutions Knowledgeable in digital technologies including frontend/backend systems, CMS, CDN/WAF, and AI/ML/LLM integration Strong understanding of CX-led architecture, including APIs, microservices, and integration design. Skilled in working within agile, product-based delivery models. Passionate about digital innovation and emerging customer technologies.
