ATLAS MIGRATION PTY LTD , located in Sydney NSW 2000, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice to clients on a range of matters including contracts, immigration, employment, and corporate law. Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and submissions. Represent clients before tribunals, courts, and government agencies where required. Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve legal matters effectively. Maintain accurate records and documentation of legal proceedings and advice. About you: Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position Admission to practice as a Solicitor in Australia. Strong understanding of Australian legal systems, case law, and statutory interpretation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
