The Role: As a floor supervisor, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth service and supporting our whole team. Key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of a restaurant's operation managing all staff from restaurant team to kitchen team. Ensure customers receive excellent service and great food Assisting staff with general requests and setup/cleanup duties Skills: Leadership Interpersonal, and Operational skills Strong communication Customer service Problem-solving abilities.
