Location: Melbourne Industry: Healthcare IT Salary: 90,000 Superannuation Work Type: Permanent - x5 days in office About the Role Our client, a leading global provider in healthcare diagnostics, is seeking a Site Services Officer to join their national IT support team. This role is key to delivering high-quality onsite and remote IT support across a range of business-critical systems and technologies. You'll be the go-to person for support across hardware, software, and network services, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain IT systems across pathology, radiology, and clinical services operations. What You'll Be Doing Deliver hands-on and remote support for hardware, operating systems, printers, servers, and clinical apps Install and configure Windows OS, Active Directory, and other enterprise services Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met via the internal ITSM platform Maintain system documentation and preventative maintenance schedules Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support Travel to various sites across Australia as required What We're Looking For Proven IT support experience in enterprise environments Strong skills in Windows Server/Desktop, AD, DNS, DHCP Exposure to VMware, SCCM, and scripting (PowerShell ideal) Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel Experience in healthcare or clinical IT systems (bonus!)
