Building Supervisor - Adelaide Salary: UP to $180,000 plus super for the right candidate Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Adelaide, SA About the Role We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee the delivery of commercial and mixed-use construction projects in Adelaide. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site management, trade coordination, safety compliance and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record managing subcontractors and site operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and supervise subcontractors and trades. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting. Coordinate inspections, materials deliveries, and site logistics. Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimise delays. Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Building Supervisor or Site Manager. Strong background in commercial, mixed-use or residential construction . Solid understanding of WHS regulations and site safety management. Trade qualification or construction management background preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Builder's licence (or ability to obtain in SA) is highly regarded.
