Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Manage site resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and manpower. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Solid understanding of health and safety practices and procedures. Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
