Description We currently have an opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), which is a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities. We are seeking candidates to be part of our team on the redevelopment project, covering the Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and the RAAF Base Wagga. This position is located in RAAF Base Wagga and requires someone located in the area or willing to relocate. What you’ll do The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below: Oversee and administer incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation. Support with formatting/typing correspondence, meeting minutes, and presentations. Issue purchase orders for stationery and electronic supplies Manage Purchase Order process and oversee discretionary spending procedures. Ensure project records are easily accessible through an efficient and highly secure filing system. Ensure subcontractors, managers, and engineers are familiar with administrative requirements. Monitor contractors and suppliers as outlined in the project plan and advise managers on daily activities. What you’ll bring Hold or able to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Australian citizen) – must have High School Certification relevant word processing and secretarial qualifications and/or training. Previous experience in a similar administration position and Construction industry work environment experience highly desirable. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Exell, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high volume work environment. Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with confidence.
