Job Summary The role of the Service Sales - Account Management team is to provide revenue opportunities for the Professional Services team to execute. Your role will be to identify, scope, cross-sell and close Services business within our customer base as well as new prospects. Responsibilities include: Conduct discovery sessions, identifying pain points, and tailoring service offerings to align with customer goals and Business initiatives Generate and close opportunities for the Professional Services team Achieving sales metrics to build pipeline Coordinate account strategy with Software Sales Account Managers, Functional Consultants, and Leadership Create and deliver Proposals/Statement of Work based on compelling service value propositions to executive audiences Structure multi-year service agreements, navigating procurement processes, and negotiating terms that balance client needs and business goals Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities through execution close Responsible for the scheduling of engagements with Professional Services resources Efficiently manage timelines of sales opportunities and project engagements Deliver on long-term client value, adoption, and satisfaction throughout all business units. Skills and Experience: 2 years Software Sales experience Experience in building and selling software/subscription packages (e.g., training, implementation, assessments, subscription software) Fundamental understanding of enterprise software (e.g., ERP, EAM, CMMS platforms like SAP, Maximo, Oracle) and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value Ability to understand complex client challenges and position professional services as strategic solutions that drive measurable business outcomes B.S/B.A. in Business, Communications or related field Customer-focused, sales/results-driven, excellent communicator High energy, self-starter Excellent interpersonal skills Stays organized and positive in a fact paced environment Prometheus Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
