The role sits within the ServiceNow Capability Team within the Enterprise Policing Systems Branch of the CIO Command. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of ServiceNow solutions working closely with stakeholders and business analysts to deliver outcomes for the AFP. These solutions will be developed applying iterative techniques and agile methodologies. It will involve maturing the development capability using existing and emerging processes, frameworks and tools. The successful applicant will contribute to the successes of an agile, multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering business value and continuous improvement in accordance with agile methodologies, scrum principles and industry best practice. As a Team Member in the AFP you will be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments. The development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support designed workflows. Maintaining technical documentation including designs and knowledge articles. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. Monitor platform performance and participate in upgrades. Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to team roadmaps. Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team. Maintaining currency in information technology processes and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
