We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Service Technician to join our team and help deliver top-quality installations and repairs across our product range. What You'll Be Doing Install & Repair: Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work on windows and doors, delivering high-quality results every time. Glazing & Carpentry: Undertake glazing and general carpentry tasks including architraves, packing, and skirting. Customer Service: Provide outstanding on-site service, identify root causes of issues, and deliver effective solutions with a customer-first approach. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, with a strong focus on detail and precision. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients. About You Experienced or Eager to Learn: Previous experience in window and door installation, glazing, or carpentry is ideal — however, training is provided for motivated individuals looking to learn the trade. Tool-Savvy: Confident using hand and power tools for installation and repair work. Detail-Oriented: Able to follow detailed instructions and deliver accurate, professional results. Problem Solver: Quick to diagnose issues and provide practical, efficient solutions. Customer-Focused: Takes pride in delivering great service and building positive client relationships. Physically Fit: Comfortable with the physical demands of handling windows, doors, and glass on-site. Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required. What's in it for you?
