This is a temporary contract position until April 2026. The role will involve the following: Answer and directing incoming calls Greet and welcome guests on arrival Assisting potential clients with enquiries Booking vehicles in for a service and recalls in ERA and Excel General administration support duties The successful candidate will need the following: Proven reception experience preferred Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Outstanding customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Ability to work under pressure and multi task Benefits: Embrace development and mentoring from your team, fostering personal and professional growth!
