We’re seeking a motivated Service Planner to join a busy industrial service team in Mulgrave Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience coordinating technicians, parts, and service jobs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule, allocate, and monitor daily service jobs and technician workloads Coordinate parts orders, equipment hire (e.g. EWP/scissor lifts), and job materials Manage customer communication – including booking, confirmations, and updates Track work progress, productivity, and budgeted hours Prepare purchase orders and ensure system accuracy Maintain workshop records, delivery coordination, and equipment tracking Support reporting and customer KPI tracking for major clients Participate in toolbox and HSE meetings, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in service planning, scheduling, or coordination Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems Able to work effectively under pressure in a team or independently Safety-focused, reliable, and proactive Why You’ll Enjoy This Role Supportive, fast-paced work environment Opportunity to work with an industry leader in service and maintenance Competitive hourly rate $42-$45ph Casual role (full time hours) Flexible start time 730am or 8am Whats on offer for you: As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
