Description Be part of a supportive and collaborative team Join a global company with a great culture An opportunity to contribute to innovation initiatives and operational excellence About the Opportunity We are seeking a pro-active and detail-orientated Service Delivery Coordinator to assist with the smooth delivery of services to our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring performance against client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) whilst ensuring activities align with internal quality assurance standards. Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll help to deliver a seamless client experience and uphold our reputation for excellence. About You You will be a confident communicator, where you can convey important information clearly, through verbal and written mediums. You are highly organised and have the confidence to prioritise those tasks that are most urgent. A can-do attitude with strong attention to detail as well as being process driven. You will be highly competent with Microsoft Word/Excel and are able to learn new systems/processes quickly. Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to handle confidential information. A problem-solver who takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with client contracts and SLA’s. Track, measure and report on service against SLAs; identify and escalate potential risks or breaches. Ensure service delivery activities comply with organisational policies, client requirements and relevant regulatory or contractual standards. Prepare and deliver monthly client reporting, ensuring accuracy of content. Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, quality and client satisfaction, supporting implementation of improvement initiatives. Work effectively with internal teams to align priorities, share insights, and ensure seamless service delivery Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with client contracts and SLA’s.
