As we continue to grow, we’re excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, Senior Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Role Our Treatment Coordinators play a pivotal role in creating a positive, seamless experience for patients. From a warm welcome to finalising treatment plans, you’ll work closely with our highly skilled team, helping patients feel informed and cared for throughout their dental journey. About You We’re looking for a candidate who brings optimism, confidence, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence. As the ideal fit, you have outstanding problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. This role is a fantastic for those with experience with dental assisting who are focused on patient care and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Guide patients through treatment options, assisting with plan coordination and payment options Personalise treatment plans, manage appointments, and oversee payments Provide excellent customer service and patient support Coordinate patients' care journeys, including specialist referrals and financing Elevate the experience for new patients, making each visit memorable Requirements What We Value in Our Treatment Coordinators: Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor 4 years of dental experience Empathy and patience to enhance the patient experience Confidence with a positive, can-do attitude Quick thinking and adaptability Willingness to learn and grow through coaching Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality care Drive to exceed targets Sales experience is preferred for this role.
