What You’ll Do Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, Dysphagia. Paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions. Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Geelong office. Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance. Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and behaviour support practitioners dedicated to making a real community impact. Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential. Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development. Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent. You have current SPA Registration (or pending). You have full Australian working rights (or pending). You have a minimum of 3 year experience in community, private or acute settings. You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence. You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
