If this sounds like you, you'll be working with cutting-edge marketing automation platforms, APIs, and e-commerce ecosystems in a role with true ownership. What you’ll be doing: You will serve as the indispensable technical subject matter expert, providing hands-on advisement, strategy, and troubleshooting to internal commercial teams and top-tier customers. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct 1:1 technical assistance, translating complex features into direct business value. You will act as the crucial technical escalation point for critical client issues, providing rapid problem-solving to unblock sales and ensure customer success. You will proactively identify and address knowledge gaps, enabling sales and success teams through targeted technical insights and support. You will be the voice of the customer, sharing direct regional insights with global product teams to influence platform development. What you'll bring to the team: 3 years of experience in a hands-on Solutions Consultant , Sales Engineer , or Technical Specialist role, with a strong focus on advisory and troubleshooting. Deep expertise in email marketing platforms or marketing automation solutions (e.g., Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze). Practical, working knowledge of APIs , integrations, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce. Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts and advise stakeholders from sales reps to CTOs. A true problem-solver mindset, comfortable with autonomy, asynchronous work, and being the sole technical expert in a region.
