Senior Solution Architect | Major Telco Transformation Help shape the architecture behind one of Australia's biggest network transformations. This isn't a BAU architecture role - it's about leading design thinking, modernising complex systems, and driving real change across products, platforms, and digital experiences. You'll join a high-impact architecture team working on enterprise-wide transformation programs - from new product introductions and M&A integrations to digital platform modernisation. What you'll be doing Defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures across BSS and OSS domains. Leading design activities across product , network , and customer experience platforms. Shaping transitional architectures that unlock value and reduce disruption. Collaborating with mission leads, domain architects, and software engineering teams to ensure alignment between design and delivery. Applying TMF ODA-aligned principles to build modular, reusable, and scalable architectures. Championing Secure-by-Design and ensuring compliance across all architectural decisions. Supporting the uplift of architecture practices, frameworks, and governance across the organisation. What you'll bring 10-15 years of solution architecture experience, including at least 6 within telecommunications . Proven record leading architecture for transformation , integration , or separation programs . Expertise in architecture frameworks (e.g. TMF ODA, Secure-by-Design). Ability to balance strategy and delivery - making pragmatic decisions in complex environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to have Experience with TM Forum Open APIs or MEF SONATA APIs . Familiarity with Salesforce , ServiceNow , or billing platforms (Amdocs, Inomial). Exposure to Agile or value-stream aligned delivery. Experience in Product Catalog architecture and digital experience platforms . Understanding of TSSR and SOCI obligations. Why this role?
