See yourself in our team Join the CommBiz Experience Crew as a Senior Software Engineer , where you’ll work in a cross-functional squad to design, build, and deliver key enhancements that improve the experience for our end-users. You’ll play a hands-on role in solving complex technical challenges, advocating for engineering best practices, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. Your passion for quality, innovation, and collaboration will help us deliver robust, scalable solutions that make a real impact. Key responsibilities also include but not limited to: Build high-quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions with strong test coverage and automation. Experiment with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and cloud services, sharing insights from real-world testing. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to solve complex problems and deliver seamless user experiences. Contribute to architectural discussions and promote coding best practices across the team. Participate in code reviews, maintain clean codebases, and support documentation for knowledge sharing. Mentor junior engineers, create a culture of ownership and share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems We are interested in hearing from people who have: Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable and reliable software solutions Proven experience in full-cycle Agile development, particularly with React, .NET, Next.js, API design, and Aurora or similar databases. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, SemanticKernel, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Continue, or Aider. Working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI applications and how they can enhance software engineering processes to improve productivity Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks. Experience building Agentic AI systems using AutoGen, SemanticKernel, Pydantic, or similar frameworks is preferred Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript or C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and you are a daily user of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc. Knowledge of or experience in Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, windsurf / Codeium, VO Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face will be highly desirable Working with us: Whether you’re passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career here is for you.
