Due to business growth, we are seeking a talented Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor, with expertise in specialist assessments and mentoring, to join our team of allied health experts in Liverpool NSW . As the Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will: Assisting clients in employment or education under various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs; Conducting Vocational Assessments, ETE Assessment, Earning Capacity Assessments, Employability Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessments, and Labour Market Research; Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks); Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes; Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs; Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals; Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
