About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Radiographer, in this permanent, full-time role, you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed breast imaging services in Hobart, Tasmania. In this role you'll contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to improving women's health- Be part of a significant initiative to establish a public Diagnostic Breast Imaging service in Tasmania- Enjoy family-friendly hours, no on-call requirements, and flexible work arrangements. Benefits: $110,425 to $121,907 per annum plus 12% super Access to salary package Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum A market allowance of $10,000 per annum pro rata Travel and relocation assistance support: $15,000 for eligible appointees from overseas, and up to $10,000 for appointees from interstate. Professional development and accelerated pathways Study leave Fitness Passport About You: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Radiography or a related field Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting Experience in screening and assessment mammography Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide person-centred care A collaborative approach and the ability to mentor junior staff Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Willingness to upskill, such as through a Graduate Certificate in Breast Imaging, to perform breast ultrasound and broaden your scop About Us: MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
