This is a relationship-focused role with a strong emphasis on service, backed by an impressive internal structure designed to remove administrative pressure and allow you to do your best work. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a well-kept, established portfolio Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants Handling repairs, maintenance, and day-to-day property needs Attending NCAT when required Working closely with a dedicated PM Assistant who manages routines Collaborating with a Leasing Consultant — no leasing required Supported by admin, accounts, and leadership teams Zero ingoings, outgoings, or accounts — pure relationship management What We’re Looking For Previous Property Management experience Certificate of Registration (COR) Warm, professional communicator with strong relationship skills If you’re seeking a role where you’ll be valued, supported, and set up for success, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
