Senior Project Manager - Electrical & Automation Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in electrical engineering and automation/control systems? In this role, you will: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver major electrical and automation projects Apply your electrical engineering and control systems expertise to interpret requirements, troubleshoot challenges and manage technical solutions Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success measures Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, procurement activities and reporting Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee quality, safety, compliance and technical accuracy across all phases of project delivery Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement Key Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline) Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical or engineering environment Strong background in automation, control systems, PLC/SCADA and electrical design concepts Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification highly regarded Why Join Our Client?
