What's the role? Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead production across the award-winning Coles content ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, hands-on production professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to deliver outstanding creative work for one of Australia’s largest retailers. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you will work closely with the Coles Creative team and the Medium Rare Production team to ensure all stills and video production is executed to the highest standard. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, consistency, and quality across a high volume of work throughout the year. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage scheduling and communications for 400 shoots per year ● Oversee production deliverables, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget ● Collaborate with the wider MRCA Production team to facilitate video shoots across the year ● Produce stills and video shoots as needed ● Run PPM meetings and manage production communications ● Oversee post-production for both stills and video content ● Work closely with the studio team to maximise efficiency and workflow ● Manage production risk assessments, permits, and talent releases ● Work across food and lifestyle brands within the Coles ecosystem ● Negotiate rate cards and fees with suppliers and partners Who are you? You are a production expert who loves variety and collaboration.
