Your opportunity The role of the Senior Pharmacist in the Roma sector of the South West Hospital and Health Service is to deliver a high level of evidence based clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, primarily at the Roma Hospital, based on current Best Practice Guidelines and in alignment with district and unit goals, to our patients/consumers.
