With a portfolio of commercial and mainly industrial assets, they set the standard for excellence in Owners Corporation management. your role As the Senior Owners Corporation Manager, you’ll take ownership of a fully commercial, primarily industrial portfolio - covering roughly 60 business parks and approximately 700–800 lots. This is an on-site role with no after-hours AGMs, giving you structure, balance and a fast-paced day-to-day. Key responsibilities include: Leading the end-to-end management of a diverse industrial/commercial OC portfolio Preparing accurate budgets, financials and key documentation Coordinating maintenance, inspections and contractor relationships Facilitating AGMs, committee meetings and all correspondence (during business hours only) Ensuring compliance across legislation, insurance and service agreements Providing proactive communication and resolving issues promptly your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Experience in Owners Corporation, strata or commercial property management Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations and industry processes Confident stakeholder management and communication skills Solid financial literacy and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced portfolio with professionalism and resilience your perks No after-hours AGMs Exposure to a large, fully commercial industrial portfolio Supportive, collaborative team with strong operational systems Long-term growth prospects within a respected industry leader This position is entirely in-office, designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-focused environment. your casa contact: Sam Di Natale, Director phone number : 0448 448 338 email: samd@casarecruitment.com.au Ready to make a move that feels like home?
