About the role The Senior Multimedia Lead sits within the Course Development and Quality team. In this leadership position, you will manage a team of multimedia specialists to deliver high-quality, engaging digital learning content. You’ll oversee production workflows, provide creative and technical guidance, and collaborate with course development stakeholders to translate educational concepts into impactful multimedia experiences. This role champions design excellence, drives continuous improvement, and contributes to the broader digital content strategy. If role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact. About You You’re passionate about leading creative teams and delivering innovative, accessible learning solutions. You have demonstrated experience in multimedia production, including the use of relevant software, technologies, and adherence to industry standards. You have a strong track record of leading multimedia teams and managing production workflows in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
