About the Role Reporting to the Head of Aged Care you will lead the strategy to embed person-centred and clinically excellent care across residential and home care services through a hands-on coaching framework. Partnering with operational leaders, you will develop and deliver a workplace coaching model that will translate learning into practice. You will ensure coaching aligns with Aged Care Standards in the new Aged Care Act, builds staff capability, and drives continuous improvement in care quality and outcomes. You will: Lead the co-design of a clinical workplace coaching and mentoring model tailored for aged care services. Integrate coaching into existing learning pathways, performance systems and quality frameworks. Drive capability development and person-centred care outcomes across residential and home care services. Oversee implementation, including pilots, scaling, local tailoring and resourcing with operational leaders. Model best practice by demonstrating effective coaching within care environments. Establish metrics and KPIs, analyse data and report on impact, risks and improvements to leadership. Ensure alignment with new Aged Care Act and broader organisational initiatives. Build strong stakeholder engagement, champion a coaching culture and provide sector-informed thought leadership. About You You are a seasoned Learning leader with extensive experience in Aged Care including residential and home care contexts. Your strengths include: Graduate qualification in a relevant field (health, education, organisational development, nursing). Strong understanding of clinical care standards, safety, and direct care practices within aged care settings (residential and home care). Proven experience designing and implementing workplace coaching or mentoring programs in health or aged care. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence stakeholders at senior and operational levels.
