What you’ll do We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead high-impact initiatives central to Everyday Insurance growth. The role involves managing strategic insurance initiatives and projects, requiring expertise in financial services, cross-functional team management, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities of the position include: Financial Oversight: Deliver projects within budget, monitor expenditures, and seek ongoing efficiency opportunities. Customer Focus: Ensure project objectives and delivery manage risks and actively improve the Everyday customer experience. Project Execution: Lead the planning and execution of diverse projects across operations, technology, and product development. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Engage, align, and influence senior stakeholders and establish strong, accountable vendor relationships. Risk & Change Management: Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts; champion change management for smooth transitions. Reporting & Communication: Monitor progress against schedules, proactively identify and report risks/roadblocks to stakeholders with proposed solutions, and adapt reporting formats to the audience. What you’ll bring Extensive Project Experience: 7–10 years of experience leading large, complex, multi-stream projects and programs, with a strong background in IT implementations, digital transformation, and operational transitions, both local and international. Vendor Management: Demonstrated success in vendor management and leading outsourcing initiatives. Strategic Capability: Adept at balancing strategy and execution, supported by strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Leadership & Influence: Proven experience in people management (leading, coaching, and developing teams) and the ability to influence at an executive level with outstanding communication skills.
