This is a Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing role with ResMed based in Sydney, NSW, AU ResMed Role Seniority - mid level More about the Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing role at ResMed Join our dynamic Global Clinician Marketing team within the Global Provider Marketing function! As the Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing, you will be at the forefront of influencing clinician behaviors and improving patient care. Your role is responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies – including thought leadership, clinician education, content syndication, and omnichannel campaigns – to support our global provider marketing goals and drive clinician behavior change in line with regional commercial priorities. Key Responsibilities: In key markets across APAC, partner with the APAC revenue and provider marketing leadership teams to develop and implement regional clinician marketing strategy, including thought leadership, clinician education, content syndication and omnichannel campaign efforts Influence thought leadership messaging based on deep understanding of clinician audience attitudes and behaviors, clinical landscape, and commercial goals. Plan and execute clinician education initiatives in line with regional commercial priorities; includes identifying partnership opportunities and establishing and/or maintaining KOL relationships. Support commercial marketing teams with top-of-funnel clinician messaging, including value propositions and clinical claims message mapping. Develop and implement channel strategies to enhance message reach and drive behavior change. Interact regularly with senior management Qualifications And Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the healthcare field. Ability to read and understand clinical research content. Preferred: Direct experience marketing to or managing education for clinicians (general practitioners, specialists). Ability to address issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of own function and related disciplines. Strong analytical skills to evaluate different factors and understand current business trends. Additional Preference: Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to support our diverse and global team.
