We are currently on the search for a Senior Loss Adjuster/Branch Manager to join our client's Geelong, Victoria team! You will be responsible for helping their customers recover from property damages while managing the team and pushing for overall success of the branch! What's on offer - Up to $120,000 Performance based bonuses (Up to 33%) - $15,000 car allowance Fuel card. - Company laptop and phone - On-going training opportunities | Lots of progression - Assignments nationally and internationally Responsibilities - Conduct desktop & on-site inspections to determine the cause and extent of damages - Prepare reports - Liaise and organise relevant trades and specialists - Be responsible for the management of claims from start to finish - Provide clear advice and updates to clients and customers throughout the claim process - Accurately document decisions, including scope of work, claim reserves, and approvals or rejections - Business Development within the local area - Assist/Manage less experienced Adjusters within the team - Maintain client service standards/KPI’s - Control claim costs & maintaining an expected case load. Whilst meeting client expectations in a timely manner. - Assist team member where needed to contribute to the branches overall success! Requirements - Property Loss Adjusting Experience required. - Loss Adjusting/ Trade qualifications or certifications are highly regarded - Current valid driver's license - Strong skills in reporting writing and documentation If you feel like your background isn't an exact match, we would still love to hear from you!
