The Role Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Logistics Manager will oversee a newly established Distribution Centre and manage a 3PL logistics team. This role is responsible for: Designing and implementing logistics strategy and processes. Managing inbound and outbound flows, warehouse operations, and e-commerce fulfillment. Overseeing ERP & WMS systems, including project implementation and optimization. Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company standards. Driving continuous improvement and efficiency across all logistics activities. Managing budgets, KPIs, and 3PL performance. Leading, mentoring, and developing the logistics team. This is a business-critical, senior leadership role with direct influence on the brand's long-term growth and omni-channel success. About You University degree with 5 years' experience in logistics/operations management, ideally in retail or luxury. Proven expertise in warehouse management, transportation, import/export, and compliance. Strong project management, ERP/WMS, and analytical skills. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with experience managing high-performing teams. Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
